What is the custom order process?
We make it really easy to ensure you get the custom products you need! Simply submit a form or speak with an expert over the phone. We'll share an artwork proof for you to approve and once you're happy with it we start the manufacturing process.
Is there a minimum order?
All our custom products have a minimum order of 100 units.
What colours can I choose?
We have a selection of 12 standard stock material colours for our products, but can colour match any colour via the Pantone Colour Matching system. Simply let us know your PMS numbers and we’ll do the rest.
Do you offer event packages?
Every event is different and we create a tailored package to suit your requirements.
How long will my order take?
Custom orders normally take about 3 weeks to arrive after final artwork approval. If you have an urgent deadline, we offer a Rush Service where we are able to cut this down to 2 weeks.
